Editorial Policy
Our standards for what we publish, how we maintain independence, and how we correct errors. Last updated: January 2026.
Editorial independence
MU0ZVV is an editorially independent publication. All content is commissioned or produced on the editorial judgment of our contributors alone. We do not accept payment, gifts, free access or any form of commercial consideration in exchange for editorial coverage.
When we write about a product, platform, tool or organisation, it is because we consider it relevant to our editorial subject matter, not because anyone asked us to mention it. If we have any personal or commercial relationship with a subject we are writing about, we will disclose this within the piece.
What we publish
We publish long-form essays, analysis, visual commentary and research on internet culture, digital aesthetics, interface design and related subjects. We do not publish news, reviews, product announcements or event coverage. Our timescale is months, not hours.
All published pieces are read by at least one editor other than the writer before publication. We do not publish work that cannot be supported by the writer's direct knowledge and research.
Sponsored content and advertising
MU0ZVV does not currently carry advertising or sponsored content. If this changes, any sponsored or commercially supported content will be clearly labelled as such and kept structurally separate from editorial content. We will not permit advertisers or sponsors to influence editorial decisions.
Corrections
We correct factual errors promptly. Corrections are noted at the bottom of the relevant piece with a date. We do not silently edit published content after the fact except to correct clear typographical errors. Significant editorial changes after publication will be disclosed.

External links
We link externally when it adds value for the reader. External links are not paid placements. We do not use affiliate links. We are not responsible for the content of external sites.
Artificial intelligence
All editorial content on MU0ZVV is written by human contributors. We do not publish AI-generated text as editorial content. We may use AI tools for research or administrative tasks, but not for the production of published writing.
